Salmon Showhow - 10th anniversary
For the 10th time, Marel is hosting its annual Salmon Showhow. This is a unique opportunity for all salmon processors to experience the universe of Marel’s salmon processing equipment up close.
The event will take place on 2 February 2011 at the premises of Marel’s Salmon Division in Nørresundby, Denmark.
The Salmon Showhow has established itself as the premier forum in the world to see the latest and most outstanding equipment for salmon processing. This is the place where decision makers from the global salmon industry meet to compare notes and discuss the latest trends.
In our 500 m2 showroom we will display a wide range of the latest technology in salmon processing, both stand-alone machines and complete processing lines – with ongoing live demonstrations throughout the day. In parallel with the product demonstrations, we will also have guest speakers to address some of the key issues facing the industry.
The programme will conclude with dinner and entertainment in the evening.
