The I-Cut 300 PortionCutter is the ideal choice for whitefish, cutting fillets into fixed weight and shapes.

The I-Cut 300 uses a computerised vision system to accurately measure the volume of the product and a cutting blade to cut it into portions. The unit is easy to operate and is capable of performing the work of 4 - 5 workers.
