Overview
The Marel Tabletop Skinning Machine is ideal for smaller plants, fish shops and supermarkets. Max capacity is 20-30 fillets/min.
It can be used for all types of fillets, but is especially suited for salmon and trout fillets.
The machine is operated by a foot pedal.
